Minutes for PHMS PTSA General Meeting
September 14, 2011
1. Attendance: Quorum attained: At least 10 Voting Members present,
according to the bylaws.
2. Called to order at 6:32p.m.
by President Tom Koogle and welcome.
3. Pledge of Allegiance
4. Read the August 14th
meeting minutes.
5. President’s Report: Tom Koogle – see PowerPoint for details.
6. Treasurer’s Report: Kim Fortuna:
Audit was completed by John Ryan, Treasurer for BCPS PTSA Council and was found
to be substantially correct. There is $8,814.97 cash on hand. Approval of the
budget as presented to the general membership meeting. Motion made by Terry
Koogle, seconded by Kim Fortuna, voted upon, and approved.
7. Adjournment – Motion for adjournment by Terry Koogle, seconded by Kim
Fortuna, voted upon and carried.
